Now here strikes the latest news of an all new Siri tweak called H1Siri which states to be a full Siri functionality on iPhone 4 and iPod touch 4. Concerns about an unofficial Siri port for the iPhone 4 and iPod touch have escalated; with some users claiming the instability of the device, where in their camera is no longer functioning, concerns regarding data privacy, mess up the Settings app, cause the phone to get stuck at the Apple logo, cause random reboots and other such glitches.
According to the Chinese microblogging service same as the Twitter, the new hack comes from a group of Chinese hackers calling themselves the “CD-Dev Team”, where in the hackers had initially wanted to just run a small test, however as the code was leaked. Now their servers can’t keep up with the demand.
However beyond server unresponsiveness, there are several other fine reasons to skip this hack, including the fact that it appears to break people’s phones and involves running illegal code. According to one of the Sources, which have advised readers to be wary of this new port after its own tests with H1Siri failed, the latest port involves the use of copyrighted binaries from the iPhone 4S. Merely put, it works as it uses illegal code. Notable iPhone hacker “chpwn” (Grant Paul), confirms this.

Those are all very good reasons to avoid H1Siri, however if your Siri lust can’t be assuaged, perhaps this last bit of info will: the darned thing doesn’t really work.
However, as the privacy issues that are arguably more concerning for most users. By using the H1Siri proxy, you’re mainly redirecting your text messages, calendar, email, contacts, location and other details via a third-party server, with no guarantees as to what. So it is definitely not worthy.
